The laboratory current main activities generally can be described as follows:
Toy Product Safety Testing.
Safety Testing is carried out in
accordance with SNI for toy products that has been effectively implemented in
Indonesian territory since April 2014. Toy Product Safety Testing includes any
test conducted in support of certification process issued by official products
certification bodies. This type of
testing typically includes the safety of toy products in term of physical and
mechanical properties, and products behavior against fire or flammability. In
future Rajawali also strive to have other testing facilities in the area of
electrical and well as chemical properties in particular toy products.
RAJAWALI TESTINGLAB performs
all complete tests method for safety toys, i.e.: SNI-ISO 8124-1,
safety of toys related with mechanical and physical aspects; SNI-ISO 8124-2,
flammability tests and behavior of toy materials on fire; SNI ISO 8124-3,
migration of heavy elements as toxic materials on toys; IEC 62115, electrical
toy tests; EN-71-5, phthalates examination of plastic material on toys ; SNI
7617, examination of azo dyes colorants & formaldehydes)
Toy Safety Testing Report.
As the final results for these
rigorous safety tests, a comprehensive report is issued as the record for
justification about the safety of product samples submitted. These reports are
delivered back to the product owners, distributors, certification bodies, or
other parties that have same concerns in safety in toy products.
Providing Sampling Officers.
As part of our ultimate services
to our customers, RAJAWALI TESTINGLAB also provide sampling services both in
port (for imported goods) and also in warehouses or production facilities for
domestic products. Since this activities
are fully managed by certification bodies, RAJAWALI TESTINGLAB is only involved
in providing Certified Sampling Officers.
